Everything in the GroundedHer Shop is a digital download — a printable PDF delivered instantly, in both US Letter and A4. Because the file is yours the moment you download it, we're not able to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been accessed. This is standard for digital goods, and we'd rather be upfront about it than bury it in fine print.
If a file won't open, is missing pages, or downloaded corrupted, that's on us — please email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll send a working copy or issue a full refund, whichever you'd prefer. Include your order number (from your Stripe receipt) and a short description of what went wrong.
If you were charged more than once for the same order, let us know and we'll refund the duplicate charge right away.
We describe every product as clearly as we can — what's inside, how many pages, and the format — so please take a look before buying. If you're unsure whether something's right for you, email us first at the address below and we're happy to help you decide.
The Daily Soft Wellness Planner doesn't go through checkout at all, so there's nothing to refund there — just download it whenever you like.
