The GroundedHer Shop ("we," "us," "our") is a small storefront at shop.groundedher.com, run by the same team behind our blog, groundedher.com. This shop was built to collect as little as possible — here's exactly what happens with your information.
There's no account to create, no password, and no email signup anywhere in this shop. We don't run our own analytics or advertising here, and nothing you do in the shop is tied to an identity we hold.
What's in your bag is stored only in your own browser's local storage. It's never sent to us until the moment you choose to check out, and it never leaves your device otherwise.
All checkout is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects what it needs to process your card and email you a receipt — we never see or store your full card details. After a successful payment, we ask Stripe to confirm the payment status so we can unlock your download; that check happens every time you click a download link, rather than being stored anywhere by us.
Purchased files live in a private storage bucket and are only released after that live check with Stripe succeeds. We don't log how many times a file has been downloaded or keep a record tying a download to a person beyond what Stripe itself retains for the transaction.
The Daily Soft Wellness Planner is a public file — downloading it doesn't touch Stripe or any of the above at all.
This shop links back to groundedher.com, which has its own Privacy Policy covering the blog's cookies, analytics, and advertising — none of that applies to the shop itself.
This shop is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
